Languages We Teach

*Madina Academy offers English as a second language. English, and French*

Madina​​ Academy offers a ESL program to students who are not native-speakers of the language English. We teach and help our students gain knowledge in speaking, reading, comprehending, and writing, which will lead to having skills that they can use for their near future goals. English is a mandatory requirement to complete a student's Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or to pursue their education in college or university. The levels of ESL of a student is determined by considering their reading, writing, and speaking skills. The following are the levels of ESL: ESL-A, ESL-B, ESL-C, ESL-D, and ESL-E. After completing the ESL program, the student can pursue in the regular English program which is either at a academic or applied level, leading to university or college.

As well as teaching ESL courses, we teach French. We do not offer any courses related to French but we do tutor from grade 4 all the way up to 12. We teach skills such as reading, comprehending, writing, and speaking to enhance a student's ability of the language.
